Confession: I love reality TV.

Hello, my name is Kirsten and I love reality TV. I don't know what it is exactly that I find so intriguing. Maybe it's fact that people are crazy... OR the fact that they voluntarily put themselves out there for all the world to SEE their crazy.

I also LOVE the awkwardness! The awkwardness unfolding on the TV makes ME feel awkward, then thankful that I am ((relatively)) sane and normal.

I am super excited that one of my favorite reality tv shows has started up again! Drumroll please... THE BACHELOR! I mean I need something to watch while I "grade papers" and "write lesson plans."

I took a brief hiatus after the Season 13 catastrophe. For those of you who missed it I'll explain. Jason, the bachelor, picked Melissa, proposed and got ENGAGED. Then dumped her on LIVE TV and picked the other chick Molly. So rude. It scarred me for a few seasons but I eventually found my way back to Bachelor Mondays.

This season I have decided to keep better track of the ladies and participate in a Bachelor Bracket with my girls at work. We group messaged throughout the whole episode at the craziness we were watching. For a better commentary on episode one, jump here to Kristin's blog...she's hilarious! It was as if she was in our group chat because I shared her sentiments exactly! Ahem...#maceforlace I would not want to meet her in a dark alley... or on the street in daylight for that matter... homegirl=crazy.

Please tell me there are other reality TV lovers out there! Any other shows I should try out??
